Pricing and Promotions Executive
We're looking for a Pricing and Promotions Executive to join our Brand Building Unit Finance, Planning & Analysis team at William Grant & Sons in Richmond on a 12 month FTC. In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting our international business, bringing products to market by managing pricing processes across our Owned Distribution Companies. Partnering with colleagues across the business, you’ll support new product launches and help drive visibility of pricing and promotion performance.

Main Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end setup, maintenance and validation of transfer pricing, ensuring products are accurately configured and available for market ordering
- Review and process pricing requests and product setup activities, supporting the successful launch of new products across international markets
- Collaborate with Revenue Management, New Product Development, Change Control and Part Costing teams to resolve challenges, deliver product launches and ensure adherence to governance standards and service level agreements
- Maintain the integrity of pricing and product data through robust validation and quality assurance checks
- Develop and maintain reporting that provides visibility of pricing, product mix and promotional performance across markets and brands
- Analyse promotional activity and commercial performance, identifying trends, opportunities and key variance drivers that influence value delivery
- Evaluate the effectiveness and return on investment of promotional initiatives, providing actionable recommendations to support commercial decision-making
- Transform complex data into clear, meaningful insights and communicate findings to stakeholders in an engaging and accessible way
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting and data visibility to enhance business performance and operational efficiency

Our Ideal Candidate
We're looking for a highly organised and analytical individual with a strong administrative background who enjoys working with data and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You'll have strong attention to detail, a proactive approach to problem solving, and the confidence to collaborate with stakeholders across different functions to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Experience working with pricing, commercial performance reporting, finance, sales operations Excel or ERP systems would be advantageous but are not essential. Most importantly though, you'll be curious, eager to learn, and motivated by the opportunity to contribute to the performance of our premium brands.
