Requirements

We are looking for a Pricing and Stock Controller to join our team working Nights 10pm-6am Tuesday-Saturday.

As a Pricing and Stock Controller you are responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the stock control system within the Ambient & Chilled Warehouse's.

You will follow stock from Receipt to Dispatch, conducting Stock Counts and adjustments accordingly, whilst providing feedback to the relevant teams to establish the Root Cause and implement Corrective Actions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring that all Health and Safety procedures are always followed and encouraging fellow colleagues to do the same
  • Active reporting of Health and Safety near misses and encouraging fellow colleagues to do the same
  • Prioritise and organise the work load to ensure your ‘Department' is as productive as possible
  • Activate item setup, prices changes & relevant promotions within Navision, addressing any non-scanning SKU's from store
  • Conduct physical & system stock integrity counts against supplier advice and goods in booking ensuring stock accuracy throughout the estate
  • Conduct appropriate ‘Supplier Reconciliations' and coordinate the relevant information back to the supplier and relevant internal department at CSL
  • Ensure all ‘CSL Quarantined Goods' follow the agreed ‘CSL Process' and appropriate documents are maintained, ensuring systemic accuracy through stock adjustments and system closure of Quarantine
  • Ensure stock returned from Retail is accurately processed through the system
  • Conduct item movement and item journal adjustments to ensure pick accuracy, stock investigation completion and accurate stock file across the estate
  • Monitor out of date stock and ensure that all waste is processed correctly
  • Use relevant forms of communication where necessary
  • Pass on all relevant knowledge to colleagues
  • Work alongside warehouse personnel in order to carry out regular stock-takes/rolling stock counts across the estate and process data on the system

  • Good IT skills across varied applications
  • Previous knowledge of warehouse management and stock control system
  • Experience of Microsoft Dynamics NAV would be an advantage
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Knowledge & Experience with Administrative tasks
  • Ability to liaise positively with various other departments
  • Be accurate, organised and be able to manage conflicting work demands
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Be self-motivated and have good prioritisation skills

Hours of work:

40 hours per week, working Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday 22:00- 06:00
