Department: Commercial
Location: UK or Poland
Compensation: zł8,000 - zł10,000 / month
Description
You're an analyst who thinks commercially. You're as comfortable building a pricing elasticity model as you are sitting with a sales team helping them structure a complex deal. You find margin leakage before anyone else notices it, and you have strong opinions backed by data about what prices should be and why.
This role will be for an initial 3 month Fixed Term Contract.
What You'll Bring
You'll own pricing strategy and governance across Team Internet Group's Domains, Identity, and Software products partnering daily with Sales, Product, Finance, and Marketing to turn market and customer data into pricing decisions that improve competitiveness, win rates, and margins. This is a high-visibility, cross-functional role with direct impact on revenue and profitability across the group.
What You Bring
- Pricing & commercial analysis
- Proven experience developing and evaluating pricing strategies, financial models, and market analysis. You understand the core levers elasticity, segmentation, discounting, bundling, volume tiers and you know how pulling one affects the others. You've worked on pricing for product launches, promotions, and lifecycle decisions, not just steady-state maintenance.
- Financial modelling
- You can build and maintain pricing models, margin analyses, and forecasts from sales, cost, and customer data. Your models are robust enough to support budget planning and senior commercial decisions, and accurate enough that people rely on them.
- Data & BI tools
- Strong, hands-on proficiency in Excel and SQL. Experience with Tableau or equivalent BI tooling. You pull and analyse your own data rather than waiting for someone else to run it.
- Systems & data integrity
- You understand how pricing flows through CRM, CPQ, finance, and reporting systems, and you care about accuracy end-to-end not just the strategy layer but the implementation of it.
- Sales partnership
- You've worked directly with sales teams on deal structuring, complex commercial agreements, and discount governance. You can give pricing guidance that's commercially realistic, not just theoretically optimal, and you're credible in a room with senior sales leadership.
- Governance & frameworks
- You're comfortable owning the structural side of pricing — approval workflows, discount frameworks, exception handling, non-standard commercial terms. You bring rigour without creating unnecessary friction.
- Testing & experimentation
- You design and analyse A/B tests and pricing pilots with a clear hypothesis and a reliable methodology. You know what good experimentation looks like and you can tell signal from noise.
- Communication
- Clear, confident presenter. You can take a complex pricing recommendation and make the logic and trade-offs legible to a non-analytical audience whether that's Sales, Marketing, Finance, or leadership.
- Mindset
- You're intellectually curious, detail-oriented, and self-directed. You spot opportunities to improve pricing intelligence through automation, AI, and better tooling, and you act on them rather than just flagging them.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
