At Randstad Tuition Services, we do education differently. We support young people who don't thrive in traditional classrooms often because the system hasn't recognised their unique potential. We believe every child has something special to offer. Your job? Help them find it.

We're looking for educators, mentors, creatives, and coaches who are ready to re-imagine what teaching can be.

Who You Are

  • A qualified teacher, experienced tutor, youth worker, or someone with a background in education, coaching, or mentoring
  • Passionate about helping young people who are out of mainstream education (e.g. SEMH, SEND, EOTAS, AP)
  • Creative in your approach, tailoring sessions to each learner's interests and strengths
  • Empathetic and emotionally intelligent able to build trust and spark confidence
  • Not afraid to throw out the rule book when it's not serving the learner

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
