Primary Booster Teacher (QTS) - Acton
Location: Acton, London Borough of Ealing
Pay: £150-£180 per day
Contract: Full-time, 5 days per week
Start: ASAP

Role Overview
As the Primary Booster Teacher, you will deliver targeted small-group sessions and structured booster lessons designed to close gaps and accelerate progress across KS1 and KS2.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality booster sessions aligned with school assessment data
- Plan targeted lessons that address gaps in learning and build pupil confidence
- Work closely with class teachers and phase leaders to identify needs
- Track pupil progress and adapt teaching strategies to maximise impact
- Maintain consistent behaviour expectations and positive relationships
- Contribute to the wider school community and uphold core values
Requirements
- QTS - essential
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service - essential
- Previous booster or intervention experience is highly advantageous
- Strong curriculum knowledge and confident behaviour management
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Commitment to raising attainment and supporting pupil progress
