Primary Branch Manager

JSL Talent Partners are working with a leading education recruitment agency with an office in Manchester who are looking to hire a Primary Branch Manager.

Location

Manchester

Role Details

  • Direct Reports: 1 billing RC and a Candidate Manager (part of the Primary team, but not directly responsible)
  • Billing: The desk currently bills between 80-120 days per week
  • Commission: You will inherit the billing days and earn 16% commission on them

Work Arrangement

  • Hybrid Opportunity: Work from home once a week on Wednesday
  • Future Plans: The agency aims to increase headcount, and you'll receive commission on your team's success

Requirements

  • Car Requirement: Due to the nature of the job with lots of face-to-face client meetings and networking events, it is required that you drive and have access to a car
  • Commute: Must be able/willing to commute to Manchester 4-days a week
