An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Primary Care Mental Health Team as a Mental Health Lead in Kirkby.
This is an exiting post improving collaboration between primary care secondary care services to support patients getting access to the right service, at the right time, in the right place.
This post will be working closely with Kirkby GP's, Kirkby PCN and Mersey Care to support those with mental health difficulties.
To manage a defined area of responsibility safely and effectively, ensuring the delivery of a high standard of care to the service users by supervising and monitoring a range of multi-disciplinary.
To maintain close links with other professionals both internal and external to the Trust to maintain a high quality of service delivery.
