Primary Care Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant
Prima CARE is a 180-provider, physician-owned multispecialty group, based in Fall River, Massachusetts, currently employing 70 advanced practice providers. We are seeking a Primary Care Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join the office practice of a Family Medicine physician, full-time 36-40 hours per week, four days per week (Thursdays off) with no nights or weekends. Part-time (2-3 days per week) can also be an option.
The APP would see adult and adolescent patients under physician supervision, assuming independent responsibility for patient care commensurate with his/her experience, training, and confidence. We are prepared to hire immediately and to begin the on-boarding and insurance credentialing so that the successful candidate can begin working as soon as possible. Experience is desirable, but we would consider a recent graduate with a strong background and an ability to work confidently and independently. Fluency in Portuguese is particularly valuable in Fall River.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
