Primary Early Career Teacher - BANES

Location: Bathampton & surrounding areas

Hours: Full-time, Part-time & Flexible Opportunities Available

Contract: Temporary Supply

Rates: £140 to £175 per day depending on role requirements

Connex Education is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to join our growing supply team, supporting primary schools in and around Bathampton from September.

We are proud to be the preferred supply partner for Bath and Wells Multi Academy Trust (BWMAT), supporting their primary schools with day-to-day, short-term and long-term staffing needs. This is an excellent opportunity to begin your teaching career, gain valuable classroom experience and build confidence across a range of welcoming and supportive school settings.

Whether you've recently achieved Qualified Teacher Status or are looking for your first teaching opportunities, we'd love to hear from you.

As an Early Career Teacher, you will have opportunities to:

  • Deliver engaging class teaching across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
  • Gain experience across a variety of year groups by providing high-quality PPA cover
  • Develop your classroom management and teaching practice
  • Build experience across different school settings
  • Form strong relationships with pupils and school staff
