Inclusion Support Assistant - Primary (Acton, Ealing)
Pay: £90-£110 per day
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Start: ASAP
A friendly two-form entry primary school in West Acton is seeking committed Inclusion Support Assistants to join their SEND team. The school has a positive Ofsted rating, a warm community atmosphere, and a supportive Senior Leadership Team who champion inclusion, staff development, and consistent SEND practice.

Role Overview
You will support pupils across KS1 and KS2 with a range of needs including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and speech & language difficulties. The role includes both 1:1 and small-group support.
Key Duties
- Provide tailored support based on EHCP targets
- Assist pupils with emotional regulation and behaviour routines
- Adapt learning resources and scaffold tasks to support access
- Work closely with teachers, the SENCO, and external specialists
- Encourage independence, confidence, and positive engagement
- Maintain brief notes and contribute to SEND reviews when required
Essential Requirements
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Calm, consistent behaviour management
- GCSE Maths & English at Grade C or above - essential
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service - essential
- Experience supporting pupils with SEND (advantageous)
- Reliable, proactive, and committed to pupil progress
