Intervention / Booster Primary Teacher (QTS) - Acton
Location: Acton, London Borough of Ealing
Contract: Full-time, 5 days per week
Pay: £150-£180 per day (DOE)
Start: ASAP / Immediate interviews
A well-established two-form entry primary school in West Acton is seeking an experienced Intervention/Booster Teacher to join their team on a full-time basis. The school has a positive Ofsted rating, a strong community reputation, and a supportive Senior Leadership Team who prioritise staff wellbeing, professional development and consistent teaching standards.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Primary Teacher with strong curriculum knowledge and a passion for raising attainment across KS1 and KS2.

About The Role
You will work across year groups delivering targeted intervention sessions, small-group boosters and tailored support to help pupils close gaps and accelerate progress. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality intervention sessions across KS1 and KS2
- Plan and deliver targeted booster lessons aligned with school curriculum and assessment data
- Work closely with class teachers and phase leaders to identify pupil needs
- Track progress and adapt teaching strategies to maximise impact
- Maintain strong behaviour routines and positive relationships with pupils
- Contribute to the wider team and uphold school values and expectations
Requirements
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) - essential
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service - essential
- Strong experience delivering interventions or boosters (previous experience highly advantageous)
- Confident behaviour management and adaptable teaching style
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a structured team
- Strong communication skills and commitment to pupil progress
