The Role
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
- Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with SEND
- Adapt resources and scaffold learning to ensure accessibility
- Work closely with teachers, the SENCO and the wider support team
- Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils
- Support engagement, confidence and behaviour in the classroom
- Contribute to the wider school community and uphold its values
