We are looking to appoint enthusiastic, flexible, and innovative teachers due to a continuing increase in pupil/student numbers at our school.
About St Mary's:
St Mary’s is a popular and successful residential special school and college for pupils/students aged 5 to 19 with speech, language and communication needs, learning difficulties, and other associated SEND.
We welcome applications from highly successful and experienced teachers from mainstream or special school settings, also including ECTs. We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience teaching English or Computing. Applicants are encouraged to highlight their areas of strength and successful experience in their application.

What we are looking for:
- A strong understanding of and interest in SEND, with experience supporting pupils/students who require additional help accessing the curriculum.
- The ability to ensure aspirational progress for all pupils/students, regardless of prior attainment, which at St Mary’s is significantly below age-related expectations.
- The ability to work effectively within a team, providing direction to support staff delivering targeted intervention programmes.

Additional Information:
Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
