Head Sports Coach - Children’s Sports and Activities Provider

£26-30k (dependent on experience and qualifications)

Location: Catford, South East London, covering partner schools and sites across Lewisham and Bromley

Working pattern: 40 hours per week across four and a half days, always with two consecutive days off. Weekend working (mornings only) is preferred, though a Monday to Friday pattern is also available for the right person.

Our client is a much-loved children’s sports and activities provider in South East London, introducing thousands of children aged 2 to 11 to sport every week through PE lessons, after school clubs, weekend classes, parties and Ofsted-registered holiday camps.

They’re looking for a Head Sports Coach to lead high-quality sessions, mentor a team of junior coaches, and help shape how children across Lewisham and Bromley first fall in love with sport by introducing children to sport and providing each child with the opportunity to develop their Fitness, Agility, Balance, Skills and Spatial Awareness and above all else, having fun!

It is their intention that every child that attends one of their classes goes away with a sense of fulfilment and loves physical activity and sport!

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
