POST: Primary Phase After School Club Leader

RESPONSIBLE TO:

The Principal, under the day-to-day management and leadership of Deputy Principal Primary

HOURLY RATE:

£18.00 an hour

KEY RELATIONSHIPS:

Academy Leadership Team; relevant teaching and support staff; Oasis Community Learning; LA representatives; partner professionals; parents; local community; other Oasis Academies.

LOCATION:

Oasis Academy Hadley

WORKING PATTERN:

15.45 to 18.00 term time.

JOB PURPOSE:

To lead the After School Club team in providing a stimulating, inclusive, safe learning environment for students in After School Club and Holiday Club provision.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, organised, and committed After School Club Leader to lead our After School Club provision and provide a safe, engaging, and enjoyable experience for all children attending. The role involves overseeing the day-to-day running of the club, managing staff rotas, ensuring appropriate staffing levels, and creating a positive environment where children can thrive. You will lead a team in delivering high-quality care, promoting children's wellbeing, and ensuring the highest standards of safeguarding and supervision.
