Behaviour Mentor/Sports Coach : Newham
Are you an experienced sports coach who has experience dealing with challenging behaviour? Would you like to work within a local School supporting children on an intervention basis and deliver sports sessions as part of your timetable?
Reeson is currently working with several mainstream Primary Schools and Academies across Newham and surrounding areas who require full-time members of staff to join their team after the Summer break on an ongoing basis for the rest of the academic year.
Split position:
- Supporting children with behavioural difficulties
- Some delivery of sports
Pay: GBP85 to GBP140 per day
Start: ASAP
Potential: To go permanent after the academic year
Support provided:
- Free CPD courses you can attend
The Schools we are currently working with would like to interview potential members of staff for paid trial days ASAP. You will then be employed and work within one School until at least the end of the academic year. Criteria
- Minimum 3 months experience working with children in the last 2 years
- Experience coaching primary aged children (ideally P.E national curriculum)
- Maximum 2 weeks notice period
- Can commit for at least the full academic year
- Highly desirable: SEN experience, Degree Qualified and team teach trained
- Passionate about supporting pupils with SEMH and SEN
