Primary Teacher - Plymouth | Develop Your Teaching Career
Location: Plymouth, Devon
Contract: Full-Time
Daily Rate: £150-£180 per day, dependent on experience and qualifications

Develop Your Skills While Making an Impact
You'll take responsibility for creating an engaging and inclusive classroom where children are encouraged to participate, build confidence, and make progress.
Alongside delivering the curriculum, you'll have the opportunity to develop your own teaching practice by working collaboratively with experienced education professionals, sharing ideas, and gaining exposure to different approaches.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
- Creating an inclusive learning environment where every pupil can participate.
- Adapting teaching to meet different abilities, learning styles, and additional needs.
- Assessing progress and using your observations to shape future learning.
- Establishing positive classroom routines and expectations.
- Supporting pupils' academic, social, and emotional development.
- Encouraging independence, curiosity, and confidence in learning.
- Working collaboratively with teachers and support staff.
- Sharing resources, strategies, and ideas with colleagues.
- Building positive relationships with parents and carers.

Who We're Looking For
We're interested in hearing from teachers at different stages of their careers.
You Should Have
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognized teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching within a primary education setting.
- A good understanding of the National Curriculum.
- The ability to plan engaging and appropriately challenging learning.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Confidence adapting teaching for pupils with different needs.
- A positive and collaborative approach.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- A genuine interest in continuing to develop professionally.

An Enhanced DBS, or willingness to obtain one, and satisfactory references will be required.
