Primary SEN Teacher - Chertsey

About the Role
This full-time Primary SEN Teacher role in Chertsey offers the opportunity to teach smaller classes, create individualized learning experiences, and support pupils with a range of special educational needs to achieve their potential.
Responsibilities
As a SEN Teacher, you will:
- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons
- Teach a small class of primary-aged pupils with SEN
- Adapt learning around individual needs and abilities
- Develop communication, independence, and life skills
- Work closely with Teaching Assistants and HLTAs
- Collaborate with therapists and other SEN professionals
- Monitor progress and contribute to individual education plans

Requirements
You will ideally have:
- QTS or an equivalent recognized teaching qualification
- Primary Teaching Experience
- Experience supporting pupils with SEN
- Strong classroom and behavior management skills
- The ability to create engaging and accessible learning
- A positive and adaptable approach
Experienced SEN Teachers, mainstream Primary Teachers looking to move into SEN, and Early Career Teachers with a genuine interest in special education are encouraged.
