We are looking for someone who can bring energy, expertise and a genuine commitment to improving outcomes for autistic children and young people.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a strong understanding of the primary curriculum.
- Experience of, or a keen interest in, teaching autistic pupils and supporting learners with a range of communication, sensory and learning needs.
- The ability to build positive, trusting relationships and create engaging, inclusive learning experiences that enable every pupil to thrive.
- A reflective and ambitious approach to teaching, with a willingness to embrace evidence-informed practice and contribute new ideas.
- High expectations for all pupils, with a passion for supporting their academic, social and emotional development.
- A collaborative and professional mindset, with a commitment to ongoing professional learning and working effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
