Job Description
At Oasis Academy Harpur Mount, we are incredibly proud to be able to provide education to our students in a beautiful and inspirational environment. The Academy is rich with history, built in 1904 and opened by Emmeline Pankhurst, it boasts cutting-edge equipment throughout. We aim to provide a safe, stimulating environment for the holistic development of our students, whilst maintaining excellent relationships with parents and the community. Our ideal candidate will be able to develop and maintain positive relationships, whilst embracing the challenge of working as a large team. At Oasis we aim to recruit individuals who display the competence and character to drive our schools towards success. We are looking for positive role models who can model and demonstrate effective behaviour management and build intentional relationships in-line with our inclusive vision. The role involves supporting a small group of children with complex needs, where you will work under direction of a class teacher in a SEND learning base.
Candidates must show commitment to the Oasis Ethos and be ambassadors for Inclusion, Equality, Healthy Relationships, Hope and Perseverance.
