Primary Supply Teacher Merton | EYFS, KS1 & KS2 | Long & Short-Term Opportunities
Are you a Primary Supply Teacher looking for pre-booked teaching work in Merton?

We work exclusively with schools requiring planned cover, meaning you'll be offered pre-arranged bookings rather than unpredictable day-to-day work. Assignments range from one-week absences to long-term maternity covers, sabbaticals and temporary-to-permanent positions, giving you the flexibility to choose work that suits your lifestyle while gaining valuable experience in excellent primary schools across Merton.
About the Primary Supply Teacher role:
- Pre-booked short-term and long-term teaching assignments
- Opportunities across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
- Long-term maternity, sabbatical and sickness cover available
- Temp-to-perm opportunities with the chance to secure a permanent teaching role
- Competitive weekly PAYE pay
- Paid in line with AWR (Agency Workers' Regulations) where applicable

What we're looking for:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- ECTs and experienced Primary Teachers welcome to apply
- Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
- Confident, adaptable teachers who can hit the ground running
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
- A genuine passion for delivering high-quality teaching and ensuring continuity of learning for pupils
We're looking for adaptable, reliable teachers who can quickly establish positive relationships, deliver engaging lessons and confidently step into a new classroom from day one. As schools often require teachers at short notice, strong communication skills and a flexible approach are essential.
