Primary Supply Teacher
Location: Bristol
Salary: £150 - £233 per day (PAYE)
September 2026 start
Connex Education is seeking enthusiastic and committed Primary Teachers to join a range of thriving academies and maintained primary schools across Bristol.
We are working exclusively with a large, highly respected Multi-Academy Trust that supports a wide network of schools throughout the South West. The Trust is renowned for its inclusive values, strong community focus, supportive leadership, and dedication to nurturing both pupils and staff. Many schools have close links with their local communities and prioritise wellbeing, collaboration, and high-quality teaching and learning.
We welcome passionate educators eager to make a positive impact in EYFS, KS1, and KS2 classrooms. Roles are flexible and tailored to your needs, offering day-to-day, part-time, and full-time long-term opportunities.
The Role
- Deliver engaging and creative lessons across primary age groups
- Work flexibly within a supportive network of academies and maintained primary schools in Bristol
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
- Adapt confidently to diverse classroom settings
- Build strong, professional relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents
- Mark work, assess progress, and provide constructive feedback to support pupil achievement in long-term placements

What We're Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching in UK primary schools
- Effective classroom management skills
- A flexible, proactive, and collaborative approach
- Passion for supporting children to reach their full potential
- Commitment to promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion in the classroom
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
