Expectations / Requirements

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • A relevant teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, Bachelor of Education) or equivalent.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be working towards it.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience teaching at the primary level.
  • A strong understanding of the primary curriculum.
  • Excellent classroom management skills.
  • Adaptability, reliability, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for child development and education.
  • Experience with various assessment tools and methods is advantageous.
