Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, well-structured lessons aligned with the Primary National Curriculum or EYFS framework across your preferred age groups.
- Create a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment where pupils feel supported and motivated to achieve.
- Differentiate learning tasks effectively to challenge high achievers while supporting children who need extra help.
- Maintain strong classroom management and implement school behaviour policies consistently.
- For long-term roles: take ownership of lesson planning, ongoing assessment, tracking pupil progress, and communicating with parents.
What We Look For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a recognised equivalent teaching qualification.
- Solid knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum or EYFS framework.
- Confident classroom management skills and an approachable, encouraging teaching style.
- An adaptable, proactive mindset, ready to hit the ground running in different school environments.
- A valid Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service (or a willingness to complete one).
