The Role
As a Primary Teacher, you will have the opportunity to work across a variety of schools and year groups, depending on your experience, preferences and availability.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Planning and delivering engaging, creative and well-structured lessons.
- Following and developing the Primary National Curriculum.
- Differentiating learning to meet the needs of individual pupils.
- Creating a positive, inclusive and well-managed classroom environment.
- Assessing and monitoring pupil progress.
- Building strong and positive relationships with pupils.
- Working collaboratively with teaching assistants and other school staff.
- Communicating effectively with colleagues and, where appropriate, parents and carers.
- Supporting pupils' academic, social and emotional development.
- Maintaining high expectations of behaviour, learning and achievement.

We Are Looking For
We would love to hear from teachers who have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching within a UK Primary School.
- A good understanding of the Primary National Curriculum.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- The ability to engage, motivate and inspire pupils.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A genuine passion for teaching and supporting children's development.
- A flexible, reliable and professional approach.
ECTs are encouraged to apply, alongside experienced teachers and those returning to teaching.
