Primary Teacher - Hoddesdon
Hoddesdon | M2-M5 depending on experience | Full-time

Academics are delighted to be working with a well-established and supportive primary school in Hoddesdon who are looking for a passionate and experienced teacher to join their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a teacher who wants to work in a positive, collaborative school environment where staff are supported and every child is encouraged to reach their full potential.
The Role
As a Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging, high-quality lessons while creating a positive classroom environment where pupils can learn, grow, and succeed.
You'll be expected to:
- Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons
- Plan and prepare high-quality learning activities
- Effectively manage classroom behaviour
- Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils
- Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
- Monitor and assess pupil progress
- Contribute positively to the wider school community

The successful Primary Teacher will have:
- UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Previous experience teaching in a primary school
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- A positive, nurturing, and inclusive approach
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for helping children achieve their potential
- A commitment to professional development
