Primary Teachers: Downham Market and Beyond

Choose How You Work
- Daily Supply Support: Take full control of your working week. Pick and choose exactly when and where you teach. Step in to deliver pre:prepared lessons, focus entirely on the children, and head home without any take:home marking, planning, or data tracking.
- Long:Term Placements: If you prefer consistency, we have regular fixed:term positions lasting a term or a full school year (covering maternity, extended absences, or interim vacancies). It's an ideal way to weave yourself into a local school community and guide your students' progress.

Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a recognised equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum frameworks (across EYFS, KS1, or KS2).
- A positive, nurturing approach to classroom management and pupil engagement.
- An adaptable mindset, ready to hit the ground running and integrate smoothly into new staff groups.
- A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or a willingness to process a new one).
