What we’re looking for
You’ll Ideally Have
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching within a primary school
- High expectations for all pupils
- Strong classroom management skills
- A good understanding of planning, assessment, and the primary curriculum
- A thorough understanding of safeguarding
- The ability to build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and the wider school community
- A flexible and proactive approach to working in different school environments

The role
Depending On The Placement, You May
- Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons across the primary curriculum
- Create a positive and safe learning environment
- Adapt teaching to meet the individual needs of pupils
- Assess learning and provide appropriate feedback
- Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and other school staff
- Follow individual school policies, procedures, and expectations
- Follow school and Ripple Education safeguarding procedures at all times
