Primary Teacher - Whole School Impact Role

Fixed-Term Contract | Leadership Development Opportunity

Are you an outstanding primary teacher looking for a role that offers variety, challenge and the opportunity to make a genuine impact across a school?

We are seeking an enthusiastic, adaptable and highly effective teacher to join our dedicated team on a one-year fixed-term contract. This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious practitioner who enjoys working across different year groups, supporting school improvement and helping pupils achieve their full potential.

This role is ideal for a teacher who thrives on variety and is passionate about delivering high-quality teaching while supporting pupils who need it most. Alongside covering classes for PPA, leadership release time and planned absences, you will play a key role in delivering targeted teaching and intervention support to year groups requiring accelerated progress.

For candidates with leadership aspirations, there may also be opportunities to gain valuable leadership experience through temporary phase leadership responsibilities during periods of maternity leave.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
