Role Overview
- Full-time Early Careers Teacher role with tailored ECT induction and ongoing support
- Work in a two-form entry school with a strong sense of community
- Supportive environment focused on professional growth and development
- Salary between GBP40,317 and GBP42,232
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of diverse learners
- Participate in the school’s ECT induction programme and receive mentoring
- Collaborate with staff to contribute to the wider school community
- Monitor and assess pupil progress to inform future planning
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status with ECT eligibility
- Enthusiasm for teaching and a commitment to professional development
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt and respond positively to feedback
