The Opportunity

As a KS1 Teacher, you'll play an important role in helping children develop confidence, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning.

You'll Be Responsible For

  • Delivering creative, engaging lessons that inspire every learner.
  • Building a nurturing classroom where children feel safe, valued, and motivated to succeed.
  • Supporting pupils academically, socially, and emotionally throughout their Key Stage 1 journey.
  • Using assessment effectively to celebrate progress and identify next steps.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to share ideas and continually improve teaching practice.
  • Building positive relationships with parents and carers to support each child's development.
  • Contributing to the wider life of the school through enrichment activities and school events.
