The Opportunity
As a KS1 Teacher, you'll play an important role in helping children develop confidence, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning.
You'll Be Responsible For
- Delivering creative, engaging lessons that inspire every learner.
- Building a nurturing classroom where children feel safe, valued, and motivated to succeed.
- Supporting pupils academically, socially, and emotionally throughout their Key Stage 1 journey.
- Using assessment effectively to celebrate progress and identify next steps.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to share ideas and continually improve teaching practice.
- Building positive relationships with parents and carers to support each child's development.
- Contributing to the wider life of the school through enrichment activities and school events.

- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Are Early Career Teachers (ECTs) or experienced Primary Teachers.
