The Role

You'll play an important part in helping children develop the confidence, curiosity and skills they'll carry throughout their education.

As The Successful KS1 Teacher, You'll

  • Deliver engaging lessons that spark imagination and encourage active learning.
  • Create a welcoming classroom where every child feels valued, included and ready to succeed.
  • Adapt teaching to meet individual needs while maintaining high expectations for every pupil.
  • Support children's academic, emotional and social development.
  • Build positive relationships with families and work collaboratively with colleagues.
  • Celebrate progress and encourage pupils to become confident, independent learners.
  • Contribute to the wider life of the school through clubs, events and enrichment opportunities.

About You

We're Looking For Someone Who

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Is an Early Career Teacher (ECT) or experienced Primary Teacher.
  • Has a strong understanding of the Key Stage 1 curriculum.
  • Brings creativity, enthusiasm and positivity into the classroom.
  • Enjoys working collaboratively and sharing ideas with colleagues.
  • Is committed to helping every child reach their potential.
  • Has excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Holds an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or is willing to obtain one.
