Is our Primary Teacher at Oasis Academy Hobmoor, the role for you?

Firstly, you’ll be joining us at Oasis, a large established Trust of 55 Academies but we're MORE than a MAT. We're here to support our communities and to address those barriers to education for our students. Are you someone who wants to make a real difference in your role? Then this could be the opportunity for you.

You'll be joining us at Hobmoor, a “Good” academy that is a "special, valued place in the community" Ofsted 2023. We're really proud of this and the family environment we have. Staff wellbeing is really important to us as is our CPD offerings, we're in a pretty unique place at Oasis having numerous'subject specialists and lead practitioners to allow us to stay at the forefront of pedagogy & create shared resources supporting staff workload.

About Our Primary Teacher (KS2 Focus) Vacancy

We are looking for a teacher to come and join us in KS2 for the next academic year, for this reason experience at KS2 is a requirement.

This opportunity would be ideal for a mid-career teacher, we love growing and supporting ECT's but appreciate that we need experienced staff to support to act as mentors/coaches.

Regardless of your level of experience, we have a great support network both in our Academy and as part of Oasis that really offers unrivalled access to subject and education specialists.

At Hobmoor planning is carefully structured and supported through shared curriculum frameworks, high-quality resources, and regular collaboration within the phase. This ensures our teachers are well supported and able to focus on delivering impactful teaching while continuing to refine their practice. We have a strong emphasis on adaptive teaching, to support all our learners.

About Hobmoor Academy

You’ll be joining an Academy where relationships are at the heart of everything we do. We do not have a large turnover of staff at Oasis Academy Hobmoor which reflects this. We're very proud of our students who are our why.

We have a modern purpose built academy with outstanding facilities at Hobmoor and we encourage you to come view them. We have lovely outdoor spaces including our own multisport pitch and greenhouses utilised in our roots to fruit programme. We are proud to work closely with our Oasis Community Hub (on site) who provide lots of out of school activities for our students and support for our community.
