Primary School Teacher September 2026 Opportunities

Location: East Finchley & Islington

About the Role

Ready for your next teaching role this September?

Destination Education is already speaking with outstanding primary schools across East Finchley and Islington, with a number of full-time, long-term teaching positions expected to become available over the summer break.

Rather than waiting until September to start looking, we're encouraging Primary School Teachers to register their interest with us now. We want to get to know you, understand exactly what you're looking for, and put you in the best position to secure the right school when these opportunities become available.

We work closely with our schools and take the time to understand what makes a teacher the right fit. Whether you're looking for EYFS, KS1, or KS2, we're expecting a variety of September positions and would love to hear from teachers who are ready for their next challenge.

If you're looking for more than just another agency sending your CV to schools, we'd love to speak with you.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
