Primary Teacher - Penzance | Grow Your Skills & Shape Your Future
Location: Penzance, Cornwall
Contract: Full-Time
Daily Rate: £150-£180 per day, dependent on experience and qualifications

What You'll Be Doing
You'll take responsibility for delivering engaging and well-structured lessons that help children make progress academically, socially and personally.

Your Day-to-day Responsibilities Will Include
- Delivering engaging lessons across the primary curriculum.
- Planning learning that is appropriately challenging and accessible.
- Creating a calm, positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Adapting teaching for different abilities, learning styles and additional needs.
- Assessing pupil progress and identifying appropriate next steps.
- Encouraging children to become confident and independent learners.
- Supporting positive behaviour through consistent expectations and relationships.
- Working closely with teaching assistants and other education professionals.
- Contributing ideas and resources to the wider teaching team.
- Communicating effectively with parents and carers.

We're Looking For Someone Who Has
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Experience working within a primary school environment.
- A secure understanding of the National Curriculum.
- Strong lesson planning and classroom management skills.
- The ability to adapt learning to meet individual pupil needs.
- A positive, patient and professional approach.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- A willingness to collaborate and share ideas.
- A genuine commitment to continued professional development.
