Primary Teacher / Primary ECT - Outstanding, Supportive School - Chelmsford, Essex

A popular, Outstanding Primary School based in Chelmsford are searching for a Primary Teacher / Primary ECT to join them in September, on a full-time basis.

The school are specifically looking for Primary Teachers who are recently qualified or in the first five years of their career at present. As it stands, the school can offer flexibility over Year 1-4.

Highlights of the school include:

  • Outstanding Ofsted
  • Excellent behaviour
  • A Teaching Assistant in every class, for the whole class
  • Low SEN, but additional TA's in place for children with EHCPs
  • Established, strong SLT. Very down-to-earth and a good laugh!
  • Relatively young, sociable and friendly team of staff
  • Teachers are given autonomy and creativity over how they teach, with a bank of lessons and resources available at their disposal.
  • Not part of a MAT or Federation.
