Contract: Full-time, Monday-Friday | Temp-to-perm opportunities

Ready for a change from mainstream teaching?

We are recruiting QTS-qualified Teachers to join a small and developing specialist education setting in Coventry.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing school where class sizes are small, relationships are strong and teachers have the opportunity to make a real impact.

The setting offers a more personalised approach to education, making it an excellent option for teachers who are looking to move away from the pressures of mainstream teaching and develop their experience within SEND and specialist education.

About The Role

You'll work Monday to Friday during school hours, delivering engaging and personalised learning to small groups of young people with additional needs.

With small class sizes, you'll have the opportunity to really get to know your pupils, understand their individual needs and adapt your teaching accordingly.

You'll Be Responsible For

  • Delivering engaging and personalised lessons across Maths, English and Functional Skills
  • Adapting learning to meet individual SEND needs and abilities
  • Supporting pupils with SEND, autism, learning difficulties and additional needs
  • Building positive relationships and creating a calm, supportive classroom
  • Planning lessons around individual learning goals
  • Monitoring progress and contributing to individual learning plans
  • Working closely with Teaching Assistants and the wider specialist team
  • Supporting pupils to develop confidence, independence and preparation-for-adulthood skills

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
