Primary Teacher: Greenwich September 2026

Location: Greenwich (near Blackheath)

This Primary Teacher opportunity is perfect for someone who enjoys delivering engaging, knowledge-rich lessons while helping pupils develop confidence, independence, and a genuine enthusiasm for learning. The successful Primary Teacher will take responsibility for a Year 3 class, supporting pupils as they make the important transition into Key Stage 2.

The Role

As a Primary Teacher, You Will

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons across the Year 3 curriculum
  • Create an inclusive classroom where every pupil is encouraged to succeed
  • Use assessment to identify next steps and maximise progress
  • Promote high standards of behaviour and achievement
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop an exciting curriculum
  • Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and the wider school community

The Ideal Candidate

The School Is Looking For a Primary Teacher Who

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Has recent experience teaching in a UK primary school
  • Demonstrates strong classroom management and curriculum knowledge
  • Has high expectations for pupil progress and wellbeing
  • Is reflective, enthusiastic, and eager to contribute to school life
