Primary Teaching Assistant | Bromley

Are you a graduate looking to gain meaningful experience in a primary classroom before progressing into teaching? This Primary Teaching Assistant opportunity in Bromley offers the chance to work closely with pupils across the primary age range, supporting their academic development while learning directly from experienced class teachers.

This is a particularly strong opportunity for someone considering a Primary PGCE, Schools Direct or a career in education. Rather than simply providing general classroom support, you’ll have opportunities to work with small groups, deliver targeted interventions and support pupils who need additional guidance with their learning.

The school has a structured approach to early reading, mathematics and pupil development, giving you exposure to the areas that underpin strong progress throughout primary education.

Full Academic Year | £500–£550 per week

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
