ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role you will serve as a trusted AI advisor and delivery leader - helping world-leading clients identify, scope, and realize the full value of AI across their business - within SoftServe's AI and Data Science Center of Excellence, a team of 170+ experts. You'll combine deep technical expertise with strategic consulting skills to drive AI adoption, lead PoCs, and build lasting client relationships that generate measurable business impact.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead AI consulting engagements from discovery and scoping through delivery, ensuring a clear path from business challenges to production-ready AI solutions with measurable ROI
- Identify and scope unique AI and Data Science opportunities for clients, translating complex business problems into actionable roadmaps and proof-of-concept initiatives
- Build and nurture trusted advisor relationships with key client accounts, C-suite executives, business stakeholders, and strategic partners
- Present SoftServe's AI capabilities at industry conferences, client workshops, and executive briefings, showcasing thought leadership in Generative AI and agentic systems
- Develop and expand AI professional services offerings, contributing to go-to-market strategies and pre-sales activities including proposals and solution positioning
- Collaborate with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end AI solutions that combine technical excellence with business impact
- Drive innovation by contributing to the CoE's agentic AI initiatives, GenAI Lab research, and internal capability development

REQUIREMENTS
- Proven track record of building and delivering large-scale AI systems from concept to production, with expertise in Generative AI, ML frameworks, and MLOps
- Strong consulting and advisory skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and maintain focus on client success in fast-paced environments
- Demonstrated experience in AI business development, including scoping opportunities, leading proofs-of-concept, and supporting pre-sales activities
- Deep familiarity with cloud AI platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Generative AI toolstacks, agentic frameworks, and multi-agent system design
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proven ability to engage C-suite executives, technical teams, and business stakeholders equally effectively
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field
