About the role
Join a major global financial services organisation to build production AI solutions supporting trading and investment decision-making.
You’ll work with historical customer activity and market data to develop AI-driven recommendations that can support trading decisions.
This is a senior, hands-on engineering role. You’ll shape the technical approach, work directly with stakeholders and remain involved in the coding and build.

What you’ll be doing
- Build production-grade AI and ML solutions in Python
- Develop predictive and recommendation models using customer and market data
- Apply LLM, agentic AI and RAG technologies where relevant
- Define model evaluation, monitoring and controls
- Take AI solutions through governance, validation and production approval
- Integrate new AI capabilities into an existing enterprise environment
What they’re looking for
- Strong commercial AI / ML engineering experience
- Excellent production-level Python
- Proven experience taking AI or ML systems into production
- Strong machine learning fundamentals
- Experience with LLM and agentic AI tooling
- Experience with model governance, validation or production approval
- Comfortable owning technical direction while remaining hands-on
