Imagine building an AI platform that transforms hours of client meeting preparation into minutes while delivering deeper, more actionable investment insights.

We're partnering on a groundbreaking initiative to create a next-generation intelligence platform powered by Agentic AI. This solution will combine advanced language models, autonomous workflows, retrieval systems, and cloud-native engineering to help investment professionals unlock insights from vast amounts of sales and research content.

This is a rare opportunity to join at the beginning of the journey and play a defining role in both the technical architecture and long-term success of the platform.

Role Overview

As a senior technical leader, you'll have ownership across the entire AI lifecycle, from designing sophisticated multi-agent systems and production-grade LLM orchestration frameworks through to building the secure cloud infrastructure that allows them to operate reliably at enterprise scale.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
