Principal AI Engineer – London (Remote)

We're looking for an experienced Principal AI Engineer to lead the next generation of AI-powered learning experiences. You'll play a pivotal role in defining our AI strategy, architecting scalable solutions, and bringing innovative products to millions of learners.

This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing online learning platform where your work will directly influence how people develop new skills, advance their careers, and achieve their goals.

The Role

As a Principal AI Engineer, you'll provide technical leadership across AI initiatives while remaining hands-on in the design and delivery of production systems. You'll collaborate with product, engineering, data, and learning specialists to create intelligent features that improve learner outcomes and drive innovation across the platform.

You'll help shape the future of our technology, mentor talented engineers, and establish best practices for building responsible, scalable AI solutions.

What You'll Do

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
