About the Role
We are looking for a proactive Business Operations Analyst to join our Internal Audit Strategy & Operations team. This role focuses on supporting the function’s use of technology and systems that underpin audit operations, offering a great opportunity to contribute to enabling audit through data, technology, and smarter ways of working.
Key Responsibilities
- Play a day-to-day hands-on role managing audit systems, producing meaningful management information (MI), and maintaining high data quality.
- Support the adoption of new tools, including automation and AI.
- Work collaboratively to improve processes and enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of audit operations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen the Internal Audit function.
- Collaborate across the audit team to embed new digital capabilities and ensure consistent quality, consistency, and insight.

Role Focus: Principal Analyst
As a Principal Analyst within Strategy & Operations (S&O), you will:
- Enable the effective delivery of Internal Audit by optimising systems, data, and processes.
- Provide operational support across systems, MI reporting, and user training.
- Enhance audit tools and technology for data-driven decision-making and streamlined operations.

Working Arrangements
Flexible & Hybrid
- Scheduled hybrid working: Principle priority, enabling collaboration in-office while maintaining flexibility.
- Administered requirements:
- Full-time equivalent (FTE): Between 28 and 35 hours per week.
- In-office frequency:
- London or Swindon office: Min. 2 days/week or 40% time (if part-time).
- Glasgow hub (if applicable): At least weekly on-site presence.
