About the Role
This is a client-facing leadership role, offering the opportunity to oversee the technical direction of large-scale, complex technology initiatives while contributing to the growth and development of our consultancy business.
You will typically provide technical leadership for high profile, business-critical projects and programmes, drawing on your experience of solution and technical architecture in diverse business and project environments. You will work with a high degree of autonomy, taking full responsibility for end-to-end solution design and building strong partnerships with our clients.
What are we looking for?
We’re looking for passionate, pragmatic leaders with hands-on experience of architecting high quality, well-engineered technology solutions that solve tough business problems and deliver lasting client value. We don’t mandate an architectural approach, preferring to find the right combination of methodology, tools and communication styles that work for each client engagement. This means we’re open-minded when it comes to your existing skillset, but we value the following:

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
