Job Profile Summary
E2E Principal Architect is a self-driven associate who will lead the end-to-end implementation of large footprint Blue Yonder solutions for Warehouse Management Solutions starting with the overall architecture of the solution, partnering with all key stakeholders to drive the implementation of all the multiple business releases within the program, be the single point of contact for all customer business stakeholders on the overall solution footprint.

Overview
The End-to-End Principal Architect will work within the Consulting Services team at Blue Yonder to lead and manage the end-to-end solution design and implementation of Cognitive Execution Solutions, and Cognitive Warehouse Management Solutions for clients. The End-to-End Principal Architect will be responsible for ensuring project success by effectively communicating with clients, managing project timelines, and leading solution teams as part of a project. They will be accountable for the overall functional and technical designs, implementation and delivery of end-to-end solutions, and will work closely with the clients and the project teams to ensure that the solutions align with the client's business objectives and meet their requirements.

We leverage SaaS microservices and various Blue Yonder solutions and integrate with client solutions and landscapes.

What you will do:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Develop and manage project timelines and budgets
- Lead solution teams and ensure project deliverables meet client expectations
- Lead integration of the core product to develop solutions utilizing Platform
- Identify and manage project risks and issues
- Act as an internal consultant to other teams within Blue Yonder
- Design and implement end-to-end solutions based on client requirements and best practices
- Provide functional and technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
- Continuously evaluate and improve solution processes and tools utilizing the latest technologies, i.e. Agentic AI, Machine Learning
- Work closely with the clients and other project teams to ensure that the solutions align with the client's business objectives and meet their technical requirements.
- Collaborate with the project managers, delivery partners, and other stakeholders to ensure that the solutions are delivered on-time, on-budget, and to the client's satisfaction.
What we are looking for (Team Specific Qualifications & Education):
- 15 + years of experience in solution architecture and consulting or a related field
- Expertise in designing and implementing Blue Yonder (micro service based) Warehouse Management solutions
- Expertise in designing and implementing at least one other Execution solution – Warehouse Labour Management, Transportation Management, Order and/ or Returns Management
- Proven experience leading and managing solution projects
- Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills to be able to interact with customer at all levels, from CIO and Senior Supply Chain Leader downward.
- Ability to think strategically and solve complex problems
- Strong technical skills in one or more areas such as cloud infrastructure, software development, data engineering, and data analytics.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies
- Strong ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong understanding of the software development life cycle and experience with Agile methodologies.
- Experience working with Supply Chain, logistics, retail and manufacturing industries would be a plus.
