Principal Architect

We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Architect to lead the design and evolution of enterprise-scale technology platforms. The ideal candidate will define architectural strategy, drive technical excellence, guide engineering teams, and ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions aligned with business goals.

The Principal Architect acts as a strategic technology leader across multiple products, platforms, and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and own enterprise and solution architecture standards.
  • Design scalable, resilient, and secure distributed systems.
  • Lead architecture reviews, technical governance, and technology roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, DevOps, security, and business stakeholders.
  • Drive cloud-native architecture initiatives across AWS/Azure/GCP environments.
  • Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies, frameworks, and tools.
  • Ensure system performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
  • Mentor architects and senior engineers on design best practices.
  • Establish architectural principles, coding standards, and governance processes.
  • Lead modernization and digital transformation programs.
  • Support pre-sales, client discussions, and technical solutioning where required.
  • Manage technical risks, dependencies, and architecture compliance.

  • Deep knowledge of cloud platforms:
    • AWS / Azure / GCP
  • Experience with:
    • Kubernetes & Docker
    • CI/CD pipelines
    • DevOps practices
    • Infrastructure as Code
  • Proficiency in one or more technologies:
    • Java,.NET, Python, Go, Node.js
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Security architecture
    • Data architecture
    • High availability & disaster recovery
    • Observability & monitoring
