I am working alongside a highly respected Building Services Consultancy seeking an experienced Principal or Associate Electrical Design Engineer to join its expanding London team.
This Client boasts excellent staff retention, financial stability, and a strong reputation for delivering high-quality engineering solutions.
Working in collaboration with leading Architects, their impressive portfolio includes prestigious High-End Residential developments, Private Villas, complex Mixed-Use schemes, Private Studios, and Hotels.
With continued success and structured growth, this is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Engineer looking to develop their career, take ownership of projects, and play an important role within the business.

The Opportunity
Depending on your experience and seniority, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the Electrical Design and delivery of multiple projects from concept through to completion.
- Managing, mentoring, and developing Electrical Engineers, encouraging technical excellence and professional development.
- Taking responsibility for project delivery, resource allocation, budgets, and profitability.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with Clients, Architects, and fellow Consultants.
- Delivering innovative, technically robust, and commercially viable Electrical Engineering solutions.
- Contributing to the continued growth of the business through client relationships and new opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- Extensive Electrical Building Services Design experience gained within a Consultancy environment.
- A proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
- Strong technical knowledge and experience of relevant design software, including AutoCAD and Revit/BIM.
- Excellent communication, project management, and client-facing skills.
- Previous experience mentoring or managing Engineers, particularly for Associate-level applicants.
- Chartered status or working towards Chartership, depending on experience and seniority.
