IMMEDIATE NEED
We are supporting a leading global organisation in the appointment of an experienced Principal Biostatistician to provide end-to-end statistical leadership across Phase II and Phase III clinical studies.
Candidates must be available to start immediately or within one month.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide principal-level biostatistics leadership for Phase II and III clinical trials
- Independently author, review, and finalise Statistical Analysis Plans
- Support statistical integration activities across studies and clinical programs
- Partner proactively with Clinical, Statistical Programming, and Regulatory teams
- Provide statistical input into study design, analysis, interpretation, and reporting
- Ensure high-quality, compliant statistical deliverables are completed within agreed timelines
- Communicate confidently with internal and external stakeholders
- Identify risks, recommend solutions, and work independently with minimal supervision

Candidate Profile
- Strong experience as a Lead, Principal, or Senior Biostatistician within a pharmaceutical company or CRO
- End-to-end experience supporting Phase II and Phase III clinical trials
- Demonstrable expertise in writing and reviewing Statistical Analysis Plans
- Strong, hands-on R programming experience
- Ability to lead statistical activities independently
- Proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong stakeholder communication skills
- Immunology therapeutic-area experience is advantageous but not essential
- Available to start immediately or within one month
