Experienced BMS Specialist Opportunity
Are you an experienced BMS specialist ready to take ownership of complex building controls design across high-profile projects? This is an opportunity to lead technical excellence, shape innovation, and influence best-practice delivery in a growing and future-focused engineering environment.

- Mentorship & Team Leadership – You’ll support and guide junior engineers, contributing to a high-performing team culture while also developing your own leadership capabilities and expanding your influence within the engineering community.
- Operational & Delivery Insight – From inspections and witnessing to reviewing O&M manuals and contractor submissions, you’ll develop a holistic understanding of project delivery, enhancing your operational expertise and strengthening your professional toolkit.

Essential Skills
- Strong background in BMS design with the ability to lead the full controls design process and justify chosen technical solutions.
- Experience with system integration, including Access, Security, Fire, and Client IT networks.
- Solid understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, and Building Services systems.
- Practical knowledge of design standards, certifications, and their application throughout project delivery.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience working as a BMS consultant (ideal but not essential).
